Quickstart
From sign-in to a live review widget in a few minutes.
By the end of this guide, your website shows real customer reviews that you picked.
Before you start
You need:
- A Google account to sign in.
- A website where you can add HTML. Any site builder or framework works.
Set it up
Create a product
Click New product and fill in the product name, page title and message. The page title and message are what customers see on the review form, so write them as a question or a short thank-you. See Create a product for what each field does.
Share the review link
When the product is created, click Copy link to copy its review link. It looks like this:

Try it yourself first
Open the link in a private window and submit a test review. You'll see the whole flow your customers go through, and you'll have something to embed right away. Delete it later from the dashboard.
Favorite the best reviews
Open the product in your dashboard and click the heart on the reviews you want to show publicly. Only favorited reviews appear on your website. See Manage reviews.
Embed the widget
Copy the embed code from Share and embed on the product's page and paste it into your website's HTML where the reviews should appear:

Check that it works
Reload your website. You should see a card for each favorited review.
If the widget is empty:
- Make sure at least one review is favorited.
- Wait up to 2 minutes. The widget is cached, so new favorites take a moment to appear.
- Check that the
productIdin the script matches your product.
